The San Giorgos Maisonettes complex consists of seven spacious two-storey houses that have similar layout and decoration.

These are duplex apartments, that feature a studio on the ground floor and a bedroom on the first floor, which are connected by an internal staircase.The ground floor has a sitting area with sofas and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary crockery and the electrical appliances.  Upstairs there is a bedroom with different sized beds, and a furnished terrace. All the two-storey houses overlook the garden, while most have pool and garden view. 

The architectural style is modern and the building materials used are suitable for insular weather conditions. The decor is minimal with pastel shades that create an atmosphere of calm and sweet relaxation. The interiors are fully furnished and equipped, providing all the needed amenities.
